Cancellation Policy
- Orders/services once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not already been initiated or delivered.
- For cancellations beyond this period, PRP Services Private Limited reserves the right to deny cancellation requests if work has already commenced.
- Any approved cancellation will be confirmed via email/SMS.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only in cases of:
*Duplicate payment.
*Service not delivered due to technical or operational issues at PRP Services Private Limited’send. - Refund requests must be raised within 7 business days of the transaction.
- Refunds, once approved, will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Return Policy
- Since PRP Services Private Limited provides services (not physical goods), returns are not applicable.
- For digital/virtual services, once access, activation, or usage is granted, they are considered consumed and non-returnable.
Exceptions
- No refunds or cancellations will be entertained for:
*Services already delivered or utilized.
*Customer dissatisfaction due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
